On Friday 24th April Britain's oldest National Trail celebrates its half century. Since it opened in 1965 the 268 mile route along the backbone of northern England has been walked by tens of thousands, and it's still one of the best and toughest long distance paths.Read more at http://www.ukhillwalking.com/news/item.php?id=69669
