Depends on your interest. I teach basic scripting in Python to biologists and recommend Rosalind (
http://rosalind.info/problems/list-view/ ) to those wanting to improve their skills after the introductory course. The problems are all based on common problems in biology, but they are, for the most part, laid out formally so you should be able to work on them even if you don't understand the biology behind them. They start quite basic, but get harder.
