I couldn't get a comment on the recent topic of impressive ascents,so....
Ben Heason's solo ascent of my own side runnered route at Froggatt,Slide Show,mightily impressed me.I had two falls on that,using dynos off small crimps.I think Ben found a non dyno method.Dawes and Dixon both had a couple of falls on it on top rope.Ben described the moves as ''funky''.Funny how some ascents seem to become invisible.
Streetly on Bloody Slab was the other one that comes to mind.On sight newies do tend to impress.
