OK, help me out.
Ive decided to do my first half marathon this year and I've decided on the GNR.
Ive never done anything like this and I've looked on the website and I'm struggling to work out what to do. I want to run for the Alzheimer's Society - my father has early dementia - and expect a time around 1:50.
I cant really see if I pay, to whom, when, etc. I also need to work out where the family will stay as they want to come up and get involved.
Where do I start?
