HELP !! I have recently managed to put a hole in my columbia down filled jacket - the hole is about the size of a 5p

Can anyone suggest a way of repairing it

A stick-on patch is probably best - it doesn't involve any stitching. You can get little packs of stick-on ripstop, possibly from sailing suppliers for mending spinakers. Not sure how it would stand up if the jacket needed washing, but it's easy to do and the one I stuck on mine has stayed put - I trimmed the corners so they were rounded.

In reply to bigmanlufc: I've sent my jacket here - it's being done at the moment so can't comment yet...

In reply to obi-wan nick b: If you send it to Franklins in Sheffield they'll clean it and patch it for you.
