I have no idea either. I did wonder whether they have sufficiently small numbers that they can avoid such crass needs as licences, but I not an expert in this.

This shows just how heartfelt their apology regarding Arran issued (eventually) on 4th may was if these photo's appeared in a local newspaper on may 6th........its almost as if they didn't care.....
