thinking about sac capacity, usually use bumbag due to neck rubbing off sacs, however what capacity is required (essential kit) please

I managed comfortably with a Salamon Adv skin 12 this year, I wouldn't say I am obsessed with keeping it super-light, but easily fit the essential kit plus a fairly sizeable amount of extra snacks!
Depends on how small/light your kit is but 5-8L should suffice as long as there’s plenty of pockets and room for a couple of soft flasks.
I used a Montane Gecko VP 5+ on a 100k this year and it was spot on.
