Beth Potter beat Laura Weightman's course record by one second to go fifth on the British all time list in rather blustery conditions. Marc Scott broke the British record running 13:20, Alex Yee also went under the old record in 13:26.

12 and a half 64 second laps of a track in a row.  The commentator said he’s gone 13.08 on the track!

Interesting to see Jonny Brownlee in a pure running race as well (though I don’t know whether he’s higher up or lower down than I would have thought)
 

Also saw a girl who used to train at our club. Think she was about 20th.

Chatting to a few clubmates this morning on a social run, general feeling that the head of British Triathlon would be very happy. Beth Potter and Alex Yee, but in the elite men's race Jonny Brownlee was the third triathlete, running well under 14. Amazing performance from Tom Evans as well, an ultra runner finishing fourth in a race of that quality.
