Having never visited a physio before, does anyone have any recommendation for a physio in the North/West of Cumbria experienced/specialising in running injuries.  Not sure if it makes much of a difference but would be nice to narrow the choice down a little.

Physio first, Egremont. 

I was happy with Liz Hunter's Cockermouth. Only two sessions and I've nobody else to compare it to.

I know both . One has treated my battered body extensively .I’ve occasionally been running with other . Both are very good psio s . One is fat and balding . The other isn’t .
