I contacted OMM about a fault on a jacket I bought for my wife a year ago and they replied immediately offering to replace the jacket as well as advice on how to repair the faulty one which we could keep as a spare. I've just had a knock on the door and and one of the team had personally delivered a replacement as he was travelling this way and it would save us waiting for it to be posted!
