I'm after a few more things to train for and to get me motivated. The past 2yrs or so have included:
Spine Challenger, Spine Sprint, Gritstone Trail, Sandstone Trail, Bullock Smithy, Y3P, Welsh 3000, Derwent Watershed.
Any recommendations for things of a simar nature? I live in the Peak and so Peak/Wales/Lakes is easiest. Scotland is amazing but too far for day trips so that rules it out.
Ideally looking at c50-150km...ish. Routes that can be done in a day/wknd. Bob Graham and Paddy Buckley in 24hrs are a touch too ambitious for my current level of fitness... I'm more fast hiking with some very slow jogging thrown in!
Happy to look at paid for events as well. All suggestions welcome, I just need some motivation - thanks!
