I have some low level pain and a sense of tightness down the outside of my left thigh, and at the same time some pain and 'weirdness' on the inside of my knee, and an amount of swelling which come and goes.
I know that seeing a physio is the thing to do, and I'll do that if I can't sort it with a foam roller, but does this sound to people like it's illimitable band tightness?
