Peg runner removed at Diabaig

DiabaigFisherman's Dream (E6 6b)

Does anyone know who removed the peg from Fisherman's Dream, on the Condome, and why?

The peg protects the fairly run out section - it's E6 6b with the peg, so likely to be a very bold E7 with its removal.
