I've no personal experience of it, but some escapist trip planning at some point in the past suggested that the climbing in Cuenca was reasonably convenient for the town, which has a train station.
Again, no personal experience of using it but there is a train line which runs north from Lleida to near some of the crags in that area - terradets, Sant llorenc, Santa linya and so on. Certainly the station nearest terradets, the part of that area I know best, doesn't look an unreasonable walk to bruixes.
