I lost an ATC a few weeks back at a local crag (just about the only local crag under lockdown definitions).
Fast forward, then rewind to yesterday. I'm back there and get approached by another climber asking if I lost a belay device recently as they recognised me (actually my dog) from their previous visit. Cue reunion and hugs & tears. So, thanks again to the unknown personification of local crag ethics, a climber ne'er immersed in the forums of UKC.
