Heading to Costa Blanca over Xmas and New Year and was wondering if anybody had information on any good crags not in the current guide?

Do a search, there are a couple of recent threads on the subject

The Orange House provide a lot of mini guides to crags that have been developed by Rich Mayfield and others associated with the OH. Recommend staying with them anyway, but they will also give you the lowdown on some of the really good developments in e.g. Sella.

Thanks Paul for the heads up! We are a bit behind the times on developing new areas since we moved to Bulgaria.

The Spanish have been very busy, but they are also careful not to give too many details away as normal! lol

Costa Vertical website has the latest topo information for Sella Routes, The Edwards have done more routes too which I think are on their website.

There's a big cave at Bovedos that's seen lots of recent development. Head to Bovedon as per RF and keep traversing the hillside for about 15 mins to reach it. There is a more direct approach through the orange groves, but the gate may be locked!

Aixorta Neverro - although it may be a bit chilly.

Pena Roja (Lliber) - there's a newly developed sector to the right of the big orange wall, some fine routes too.

Segaria north crag - a nice selection here and easy access via the Mirador

Plenty of inspiration for you on the Costa Blanca section of our blog https://rockaroundtheworld.co.uk/category/spain/valencia-costa-blanca/ with about 20 crags not covered in Rockfax. Enjoy!
