Of academic interest only:
Ye Olde Classic Rock implies that from the top of Recess Route, you can amble along the dotted line to the base of Punsters.
Wouldnt this involve traversing across the top of Ramshead gully, beneather the hollow flake of Whither Whether, reversing the crux of that route and descending to its start before you reach easy ground and the tunnel leading to the start of Punsters?
Ive done the routes on seperate occasions but never noticed and easy way to link them...
