I'm based in Aberdeen, have a look at my logbook heaps of VS there almost all accessible from Aberdeen, though based in the south so not a lot north Aberdeen (which has much better rock). Pretty much every coastal crag has something VS or below on it so just go explore all the little crags in NE Outcrops, join the NE Outcrops FB page too.
Long Slough is quick and easy to get to and decent VS/HVS routes. Deceptive wall has a load of things in your grade, as does clashrodney.
Inland there is pass of ballater, clachnabein, vat burn. Eagle Ridge is worth doing - if you're fit then it's great mid summer after work ;)
Loads of *** routes in the coires of the cairngorms (see classic rock ticklist for ideas).
