Upper shepherds....

Is this little crag in any guides? Or can anyone provide a Topo? Planning on taking the little one and been recommended to spend a couple hours at the crag for her first taste of Lakeland Climbing at 4yr Old!

Straightforward to set up top ropes. Nice grassy base and perfect crag for youngsters

It is a lovely spot and the routes are fine. Gear is not that good and top belays are a bit sparse, so take a good selection of gear.

One word of warning - the descent down the right side of the crag is a bit hazardous. When I took some friends there with their kids one of the adults was careless on the descent and finished up in hospital with a broken collarbone.
