Thirlmere boulders

Noticed that the Thirlmere reservoir is very low and wondered if anybody knows if the boulders are open for business?

Last time this came up better informed people said "sort of"...

"The consensus was that all the boulders are out when the level is 10m, though a lot of climbing is possible at say 11.7m."
