Having barely dipped my toe into world of sea cliff climbing (Symphony Crack and a couple of easy routes at Reiff), I've just bought a copy of Gogarth South with an eye to exploring some of Holyhead's easier routes (Diff to Severe).  Any particular routes/cliffs worth a look?  Porth y Garan and Porth Saint both look like good choices, but fairly short, Flourescent Ridge seemed perfect until reading logbooks on here. Single or multipitch routes are fine, just looking for recommendations for routes with reasonable gear that aren't sandbags.

Porth Saint is a good place to start, just keep an eye on the tides, it does come in quick.

Fisherman's Friend (HS 4a) (soft for the grade) is supposed to be good too although ive not done it.
