Anyone been up recently, is there any chance of dry rock this weekend?

Lakes has been very wet with showers and more forecast Thursday night/Friday. Unless there is a heatwave and a drought I would not venture onto Scafell.

Pikes Crag might be OK.

Was raining again this morning in the central fells and rained heavily earlier in the week.

i personally would head for a classic fast drying crag.

it might be dry the weekend after with this warm snap.

Any thoughts on Pillar Rock coming into condition in a week or so?

Been wet and showery today but forecast good for next week so should dry out, ask Steve Reid for accurate info, may take a week to dry out.

Been on Gimmer today. This afternoon some heavy showers came over and looked similar towards Scafell. Maybe dry by Monday IF the weather behaves
