I want to take a few veterans and do some simple top /bottom roping in the peak District. Most are from up North hence doing it there. Most crags I know I can set something up but would prefer info  from more regulars to Peak district.

Gratefull for any info for best crag for this.

Thanks...Mike.

Firstly I'd recommend grabbing a guidebook. Most of the popular grit crags lend themselves well to top/bottom roping, there are 1000s of suitable routes. Pick one of the main crags based on weather conditions on the day and pick a route to suit your group.

I have only climber at Wharncliffe, but love it there so far.|

there are multiple options to put in a good solid belay. and there are something like 250(ish) routes. from easy, to. majorly difficult.

i am happy to show you around there if you want.
