Climbing at Bowles last night and found a decent sized bees nest on the oak tree at the top of Sapper. The nest is at ground height, I've phoned Bowles this morning and they're aware of it, but if you're heading over there to climb, especially if you carry an EpiPen, watch out.

If it's a visible group of bees hanging off a branch or surrounding the trunk it will be a swarm temporarily resting whilst they find a new cavity to move to, should be gone in next day or so.

Crikey that definitely ups the ante for the Sapper squirm!
