Does anyone know of it is ok to climb at La Capelle? 

UKC says it is banned, but plenty of recent logs on 8a nu.

FFME site says ‘acces interdit’, but file not updated since 2012.

But a fair number of recent ascents on 8a nu.

Yes, but just be super aware of all the usual stuff - considerate parking in the village, no litter, noise, strictly no smoking etc etc.
