In reply to Deadeye:
You can get OEAV official maps (AV-karte) online and offline via https://www.outdooractive.com - their free map is OSM/OTM, but they have a paid subscription (with 1 month free trial) for 30/60€ a year, and the Pro+ for 60€ gets you online and offline access to all the maps - Kompass Premium maps, France IGN, Swiss topo maps and official Alpine club maps (OEAV, DAV). I'd just get a 1 month trial, but remember to cancel the subscription at the end, or they will charge your CC
Few thoughts on the already mentioned ones:
Mapy.cz is nice for the trails, planning and links to mountain huts, but their terrain is basically just openstreetmaps or opentopomaps outside their home country, which can be somewhat lacking in the mountains.
Kompass.de has both free version and premium version, I think about 5€ a month. The paid one adds more detail - mountain huts, via ferratas, trail numbers and some alpine trail difficulty (especially the via ferratas can be deceiving, since on the free version they show up the same as normal alpine trails). But it's still usable.
Bergfex.at has an English version as well - www.bergfex.com and the map is nice.
