Having been brought up in the small but beautiful village of Grindleford, ive been climbing for 17 years and decided that bouldering gives the biggest pleasure so that pretty much all I do. Still second the odd sport route & trad climb tho. Climbings given me so much & so am happy to help but something back. I work voluntarily for the BMC, being a Peak Area accecss rep and part of the guide team, writing & checking scripts etc for the fab new guides. I do the odd bit of freelance photography & writing for the climbing Magazines, web sites, guides & books which I enjoy especially as I'm injured so much. With all this and working full time makes finding time to climb pretty hard tho! Oh Now a proper Hillwalker / Rambler - its the way!

About My Photography
Got more & more into photography over the last 5 years & after the digi revolution have more recently gone back to slide as the quality is unbeatable. Been quite pleasantly surprised how much i have had published and am looking forward to seeing some more of my commissioned stuff soon in print. Thanks to all that have helped me on the way - much appreciated.

Anything Else We Should Know
After years of living & climbing in the Peak I should be an ace climber, but I'm crap.......but I like it....

I love the Peak & will go out at anytime to climb, walk and enjoy time with good mates - I do go abroad a lot but hate those tin cans flown by monkeys..ughh..
