Climbing since my mid twenties, got started on sport climbing in Thailand (west coast) in the late nineties then onto trad after returning to the UK. Have spent the last 15 years or so trying to avoid getting a 'proper' job and climbing every where and any where, which includes a full year in NZ (south island) several trips to Australia, mostly the Arapiles and Blue Mountains, Spain's Picos de Europa, the Italian Dolomites and most recently (2016) Patagonia (Fitzroy Group).
Got into running a year or so ago and ran my first marathon in 2015 though do prefer trail running to road.
Getting out with different partners more recently seems to help break out of 'old' habits so always keen to hook up with new folk.
