Catalyst Climbing are looking for an enthusiastic and digitally-forward social media & marketing assistant to join our team.

Catalyst are one of the Europe’s most respected and identifiable coaching brands, with both a strong in-person and online community. Our small team is looking for support in executing a consistent social media strategy across all major platforms, to drive engagement, and better serve our community

The position will work under our Assistant Director, and brings ample chance for growth and development.

Job Requirements

Essential:

• 1+ year social media management experience – either for a community, product, or organisation.
• Excellent copywriting skills (English language).
• Fluency in all major social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Knowledge of relevant scheduling platforms – e.g. hootsuite, buffer, later, or other.
• Established interest in climbing, with knowledge of climbing community.
• London based.

Ideal

• Experience with Direct Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klayvio).
• Experience with content creation & videography.
• 3+ years climbing experience.
