Why does nobody ever put a salary range on these adverts? How am I to know if it's of interest if the main detail is missing?

Thanks for your feedback. While we totally understand what you are saying we don’t advertise the salaries on our vacancies as we have to consider salary confidentiality of staff who are currently working in similar roles at Equip

In reply to Equip Outdoor Technologies:

Thats bollocks. You do it so that you can lowball someone that doesn’t know their worth/ doesn’t know the amount of work required.  You’ll then be advertising for this role again in a a couple of years and will have wasted thousands on trainings someone who felt shafted and left prematurely.

You have no problem putting the price of one of your coats on the label, upfront. Just do the same for the sale of someone’s time!
