PV Installation/Service Technician - Somerset
Starting £18,000 + Overtime, 20 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
The Role
You will learn how to install and maintain a wide variety of PV systems from domestic to commercial roof top to ground mounted schemes.
Being comfortable personally and safe while working outdoors and at height is of paramount importance. Having some basic knowledge of network communications would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail while working efficiently is essential.
Training will be provided in the form of statutory H&S requirements, First Aid, IPAF telehandler, MEWP, scissor lift.
You will be part of a small highly motivated team with excellent prospects in a growing industry.
You must have a full driving licence for this role.
Candidates from the outdoor, armed services, electrical and/or mechanical, and roofing sectors are particularly welcome.
Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are needed.

Location: The role is based out of Crewkerne and we operate predominantly throughout the South West, however there are projects outside the area and working away may be required from time to time (accommodation and expenses are covered).
