The Climbing Academy Group Ltd (TCA) is a successful chain of climbing walls with 4 walls in Glasgow and Bristol. TCA’s fifth centre is currently being built in Chippenham and will open in winter 2021. If you’re interested in working for an expanding company within the climbing wall industry, we have some very exciting employment opportunities available.
We are restructuring staffing across the south-west to cover our existing walls in Bristol: The Mothership and The Church as well as the new wall in Chippenham (name TBC). As a result, we have a number of jobs available. We’re looking for applicants with a range of skills and experience that have a passion to work in the industry and become an integral part of the growing TCA team.

OPERATIONS MANAGER (Customer Service – Bristol)
LOCATION: Bristol across two sites but will work with the Operations Manager in Chippenham and may be required to work there on occasion.
