We are looking for experienced staff to fill a number of roles within a new dedicated bouldering centre in Manchester, due to open in 2021.

Duty Managers

 - Full-time role (40hrs/week). Supporting the general manager.

 - Responsible for day to day running of the centre in line with the ethos of the business.

 - Management of team members.

 - Filling in the duties of team members as required.

 - Annual pay of approx. £24,000 + Bonus.

Team Members

 - Full-time and part-time positions available.

 - Staffing the front desk; checking in, serving drinks and snacks and general housekeeping.

 - Competitive hourly rate of pay, dependent on ability and experience.

Yoga & PT Instructors

- We have a studio area and wish to develop a program of regular classes.

- Please get in touch if you are interested in renting this space for such a purpose.

All positions will require evening and weekend working. We are primarily looking for people with previous experience working at a climbing facility.

The following attributes are desirable: First aid qualification. Café experience. Use of Rock Gym Pro. Route setting experience. Social Media aptitude. Also essential, is a positive attitude and the ability to maintain the ethos of the business at all times.

As a new venue there are excellent career development opportunities, as the business grows and more management positions become available.
