Depot Climbing are looking for a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to work alongside and develop its current incredible team! This is an amazing opportunity to work at one of the UK’s largest indoor climbing venues.
The role reports directly the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the center as well as aiding in the training and development of your team and the Centre, rotas, payroll, recruitment and general H&S.
We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to push themselves, progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management or experience and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as have a good knowledge of the industry, Rock Gym Pro and the day to day running of climbing wall.
