A traditional stone built Mid Terrace Cottage conveniently located, only a short walking distance from the village centre shops and other amenities. The property is in need of some upgrading.  The ground floor accommodation comprises of a good size Lounge with an open tread wooden staircase leading to the first floor. To the rear of the property is a galley style Kitchen fitted with light wood base and wall units, topped with a stone effect work surface and equipped with an electric oven and hob. Off the kitchen is a large uPVC Conservatory that opens out into the rear garden. Completing the ground floor is a Bathroom including a shower over bath. To the first floor there is a front facing Double Bedroom, with a built-in cupboard and a smaller rear Double Bedroom. The property has part uPVC double glazing and electric wall heaters in most rooms.

This property was bought my grandparents as a holiday home so they could go climbing and I would love for it to stay in similar use.

To be fair to the OP, all you needed to do was click on the link to find out the location.

The link was on the original listing from day 1 IIRC, it was certainly there before your first post.

The title was changed after your post, the OP is obviously too polite to tell you to click the link.
