Are you an experienced Route Setter and Coach looking to join a dynamic company?
If so, a new and exciting full time, permanent opportunity awaits you at The Pinnacle Climbing Centre in Northampton.
The purpose of the role is to develop and maintain The Pinnacle's position as the best climbing centre around, by delivering amazing route setting and working with the instructional team to deliver inspirational instruction and coaching. Your goal will be to Inspire Lifelong Climbers.

To be a successful candidate you will:
- Be Leading 7b and bouldering V7 indoors
- Have 2 years experience of Route Setting and Instructing/Coaching climbing
- Hold at least CWI
Ideally you will also have:
- A good working knowledge of Rock Gym Pro/other industry software
- CWDI
- Foundation/Development Coach Training or Award
We are looking for a hardworking, fast thinking and self-motivated team player with a passion for people, sport and business.
Benefits
