To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are psyched to have Hazel Findlay join our Talks to Elevate and Inspire! It's a live Zoom meet including Q&A with the audience.
In addition to being one of the UK’s leading climbers, Hazel is also passionate about the psychology of climbing; an interest which has led her to train as a coach.
On Monday 8th March 7-8pm, Hazel will discuss the use of psychological training to improve your climbing. It’ll be sure to leave you motivated to think about your own challenges, and how the skills we learn while climbing can be useful in other aspects of our lives.
This event is open to everyone! The full cost of the ticket will help to fund our Uprisings, giving more young people the opportunity to feel the physical, social and emotional benefits of climbing.
