Location – Clip ‘n Climb Plymouth - Plymouth 

Clip ‘n Climb is on the hunt for an experienced and highly motivated leisure professional to join our team as General Manager at Clip ‘n Climb Plymouth, a fantastic high-tech climbing venue with huge potential, situated in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to lead the future of the business.

What you’ll do

Bring a fresh, innovative and business focussed approach to all operations at Clip n Climb Plymouth and lead the team whilst overseeing strategy, operations and performance of all aspects of the business.

Clip ‘n Climb Plymouth has the support of a specialist team at Entre-Prises UK Head Office who are the world leaders in manufacturing Climbing Walls. Whilst continuing to focus on providing high quality customer service at their flag ship centre you will also be required to assist and guide other Clip ‘n Climb Franchisee’s around the country. 

This is a highly exciting time to be involved in the business and a great opportunity for a professional leisure manager to lead business innovation and development.

You will effectively lead, develop and manage all of the operational, technical and financial matters relating to Clip ‘n Climb Plymouth ensuring that a profitable contribution is made and that all customer, client and staff matters are handled effectively and in accordance with company policy.

Essential:

At least 2-3 years of experience working at management level in leisure.

Overall responsibility for all aspects of centre operation

Experience of developing business finance/strategy and execution 
A passion for leadership, leisure, hospitality and business development is essential!

Desirable:

Marketing experience

An interest in climbing is not essential but a ‘nice to have’. 

Retail experience

Knowledge of H &S safety legislation

Working hours: Full time (Including days, evenings and weekends)
