Customer Services Assistant
We have a vacancy in our customer services team, based in Guiseley, North West Leeds. We are 5mins from Guiseley Station.
The role involves:
Handling customer enquirers both by email and telephone.
Processing web orders.
Inventory management tasks.
Receiving and recording deliveries.
General office tasks.
Assisting in the warehouse as required.
Facewest is a small team and we are looking for someone who has the flexibility to adapt to the ever changing demands of a growing business. Previous experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
An interest in Climbing and Skiing would also be an advantage but isn’t essential.
Wage: 17k to 19k depending on experience.
24 Days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays.
Hours 9 to 5 Monday to Friday*
