In reply to Flashpoint Swindon:

Bearing in mind the National Minimum Wage for someone over the age of 25 is £8.72, and you're likely to have staff over the age of 25 who are not managers, are you really expecting someone to take on those responsibilities for just 28p per hour more than the staff they're meant to be managing?

In reply to Flashpoint Swindon:

Absolutely sick of seeing manager/supervisor jobs going for peanuts salary. Who is going to essentially run a sports centre for £9,720/year? The fact that you will be expected to work three weeks of the month rather than two week blocs, and that they aren't hiring a full time member of staff, speaks volumes.
