Deputy Retail Manager
Páramo, the award winning technical outdoor clothing brand, require a Deputy Retail Manager to join our busy Keswick Shop team.

The Role
We are looking for someone who would be happy to deputise for the Retail Sales Manager in their absence. You will be comfortable with supervising Retail Sales Assistants and in supporting the Retail Sales Manager as necessary.

You will enjoy spending time with customers helping them choose the correct item by using your technical product knowledge; and who would like to share their love of the outdoors and everything Páramo and Nikwax related.

Key areas of responsibility will include greeting customers; assisting with enquiries; completing sales and cashing up at the end of the day. In addition, as part of a small team you will be expected to help monitor stock levels and ensure that the shop is clean and presentable at all times.

The Person
You will be a conscientious individual with an eye for detail, willing to learn about Páramo and Nikwax products. You will most likely have a passion for the outdoors which you will be able to convey to customers.

The successful candidate should be confident, friendly and approachable. You will have good timekeeping skills and be committed to providing a consistently high level of customer service.

The Hours
You will be working on a shift pattern, as detailed by the staff rota, starting at 8.45am with a 5.45pm finish between Monday to Sunday.
