You must be a good people person and an excellent communicator with a sense of humour and passion for delivering excellent customer service. All the while recognising the importance of teaching and practising safe climbing at all times.
You will be an experienced and competent climber as you will be involved in the coaching and development of young climbers who, with your help, will be climbing at national and international level.
