  • Administering the Catalyst Youtube channel, and developing it into a significant source of exposure.
  • Managing all content on Catalyst’s online subscription platform, Catalyst Online.
  • (Optional, depending on ability) Take creative direction on larger scale filming projects, shot with funding through the Catalyst content fund.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in content creation, either freelance or as a salaried employee.
    • A portfolio of climbing-related content will be requested.
  • Ideally based in London, but at a minimum with access to London at least 2 days p/w.
  • Fluency in a video editing suite of your choice, with ability to edit to a high standard.
  • Expert knowledge of Youtube, Instagram, and all key content distribution platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of online video specifications.
  • Passionate climber.

Salary & Benefits

The starting salary for this position is between 25k & 30k, based on experience. It will grow as the company grows.

  • Free membership to all LCC London Centres
  • A Staff Patagonia Uniform
  • Paid for yearly staff vacations.
  • International travel (when necessary) for filming purposes.
