Salary: £2,000 to £3,000 per month (tax free) depending on experience

Mountain Extreme is the original dedicated indoor climbing facility in the UAE. We opened our doors in 2017 and have been serving climbers and our local community ever since. Our centre sees continual development and remains the best climbing facility in the UAE.
Working as part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the NICAS curriculum, Health and Safety, setting new routes and problems as well as customer satisfaction and safeguarding.
Main Roles of this position:
Managing the day to day running of the centre and assisting the Centre Owner
Being responsible for the centre, staff and customers whilst on duty
Instructing Sessions for new and existing customers
Successful Candidates need to have the following attributes:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiar with the NICAS scheme
Previous Managerial Experience
Qualifications in climbing CWDI as minimum
Climbing wall work experience
Be open to work abroad in a new cultural environment
