I don’t do it very often but I m sure I’ve uploaded pictures from my iphone in the past without any jiggery pokery , so just select a picture , give it a title and date and press go , but I may be wrong . I have just tried to do the above and get the message “ upload jpeg or gif “ . If I need to do so I’m guessing it’s relatively straightforward ?
