What a surprise from that self-serving, scum-sucking piece of shite.

He's just the kind of leader they deserve.

It's so depressing that we have the worst PM in living memory but that her replacement is guaranteed to be worse!

But not the kind the rest of us deserve.

I don't believe he could form a government, several MPs have already said they'd resign the whip if he were leader, it doesn't take many for their majority to evaporate.

The knives will be out!

Well yes. Watching the Tories eviscerate themselves is good sport.

I was listening to 5 live on the way home, and someone mentioned what happened to the Canadian Conservative party in 1993... I live in hope of a repeat here!

To be honest I am getting a bit bored of it. It's been going on for over 30 years know and look where it has got us? I have previously posted that I worked with nice Conservatives on the Referendum campaign (and at other times) so I know they exist but beneath it all there is a putrid mass of nastiness, that brought us austerity and Brexit, epitomised by BJ.

I could go on but words fail me.....if only there was some peaceful way removing their existance? We have tried democratically (1997) but sooner or later the scum re-emerges in an even more "purified" form.

I'm not so sure. With the Brexit vote and the centre unable to organise itself. He's exactly what we deserve

It would be if they weren't letting the country go to hell in a handcart while obsessing over their internal struggles when nominally in government!

Which does make you wonder why Labour aren't massively (or even a little bit!) ahead in the polls.
