I just heard yesterday that when the South Koreans have their state visit, Ivanka will be running the show rather than Tillerson.  

I've also heard that Jared had two meetings in the White house with banks who would like to loan his family money.

And I've heard that Don Jr was sent to India recently where he met people and made speeches as a representative of the Oval Office, but also had meetings promoting the family business. 

Things are degenerating quickly.

More likely he’s clearing his decks because he wants to fire Mueller. Things are coming to a head but it’s not guaranteed for the best.

American Presidents have a lot more freedom on the international stage than they do on the domestic, it’s only a matter of time before a bit of military dick swinging will be used to distract from domestic incompetence.

Pence might have bats in the belfry but he is at least a democrat with some respect for the office and his electorate, I'd take that every single time over someone like Trump.

I didn't agree before but with what looks like a massacre of Republican representatives at the mid-terms then hopefully neither Trump nor Pence will get an easy ride legislatively.

Ah - fair enough.  Not entirely convinced of his belief in democracy either though.

I suspect Pence might prefer a theocracy to a democracy.  Apart from the one amendment they're always banging on about, very few of the Republicans seem to have much respect for their constitution.
