Combined with discipline and practice. A short video with some invaluable nuggets of wisdom within it. Enjoy, fellow UKC'ers.

Not watched the video yet, but if any of you want tips on how to attain the body tone of an actual seal, I’m your man.

You definitely deserve a clap for that...

In reply to Stichtplate:

You may enjoy the "mental cookie jar" analogy then (I did!).

I'm far from peak physical fitness myself too, although I think this is about psychological resilience too perhaps

Jeez, I first read the thread title as 'Lazy Seal', then as 'Nazi Seal'.  Must get my eyes tested.

How to think like an actual Seal: "Hmmm... Kelp" (I hope that helps, we all need to start somewhere).

Inspirational, (and impressive), though David Goggins is, I can't help feeling he's someone who's wound far, far too tight.

I've found telling myself not to be a child helpful lately (along with messaging a friend) towards digging deeper, it seems to be that to become as strong as one's parents, one needs to face the different challenges they faced in the same kind of head on way.

It probably helps if one grew up with decent parents, so there's value in following on.

Edit: Parents aren't any different, they're just older. Kinda reassuring.

yes but they are not navy blue.  If you want a blue sealant navy is the way to go

Do other colour seals think differently?

Certain colours of seal can be very difficult to see. Red seals in the sunset just disappear.
