Scenario: worker x opted out of the pension scheme 6 years and 3 years ago.  worker x is 70 years old.  Do they still need to be re enrolled ?

Don't they get auto-re-enrolled every so often? OR because they're over 65 does that stop?

Its above 75 that its debateable.

So yes if they want to be.

Been checking and neilh is right: if your are over the pension age then you don’t automatically get re-enrolled, but your employer has to give the option of joining.

Every employee has the option to be in or out. Its the employees choice, not the employers.
