A bit of careful stalking needed for this. They are right ‘flighty’ birds, hard to get close.

All crackers. Heron and egret could be anywhere in the world. Sharp images too.

Nope. I’m in Sidcup helping daughter move flat. Footscray Meadows. Excellent wild park area. Green woodpeckers another highlight. Was heading out now but it’s very gloomy.
